Comments: I suffered through years of pain and numbness that made it almost impossible to walk or stand for more than a few minutes at a time. Being an athlete my whole life, it was depressing not having the quality of life that I always enjoyed. I stayed home all the time because I couldn’t go out with my family. I tried physical therapy, chiropractic treatments with spinal decompression and acupuncture, but it was only a temporary solution. Then I discovered Dr. Zachary Grabel at HSS Florida. On March 6, 2025, Dr. Grabel gave me my life back. The day after the surgery, I got out of bed COMPLETELY PAIN FREE! He prescribed physical therapy to strengthen my lower back and all the surrounding muscles and I’m back to being my old self again, playing basketball, baseball, and enjoying being pain free.
